Christ Prep Patriots football exists to bring Christ-honoring discipleship to young men, using football as the teaching vehicle. Based in the Kansas City metro area, Christ Prep draws student-athletes from homeschool families and Christian schools across the region. The program is an affiliate member of the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA), meaning they are approved to compete against public and private schools in both Kansas and Missouri.

The Northeast Oklahoma Association of Homeschools (NOAH) is Tulsa's premier homeschool athletic organization. Founded in 1998 when seventeen families came together to create a basketball program, NOAH has grown into a multi-sport powerhouse offering football, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, cheer, shooting, tennis, track & field, cross country, and more.

The OKC Patriots have been Oklahoma City's premier homeschool football program since 2002. As a faith-based organization, the Patriots prioritize values, mentorship, and camaraderie alongside athletic prowess. Their program isn't just about touchdowns and tackles — it's a comprehensive journey that instills character, values, and leadership.

Lighthouse Christian Athletics is Southwest Missouri's premier homeschool athletics organization. The football program was founded in 2006 as the "Springfield Christian Chargers," beginning with 14 players in 8-man football and growing into one of the most decorated homeschool football programs in the nation.

St. Mary's Academy is a traditional Catholic school located in the small town of St. Marys in northeast Kansas. Unlike the other GPCAC members, St. Mary's is a brick-and-mortar private school rather than a homeschool organization — making the conference a unique blend of both educational models united by Christian faith and competitive athletics.
